Yes. Products may be fulfilled from different locations. BAM coordinates the order, and available shipment information can be tracked through your account.
Contact BAM through your order page as soon as the issue is discovered. Our team will review the order specifications and shipment information and coordinate the appropriate next steps under the applicable order terms.
Return eligibility depends on the product and the approved order terms. Custom, printed, or made-to-specification packaging may have different conditions than stock inventory. Applicable terms will be provided before payment.
